- Returns:
We gladly accept returns for defective products within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@naturoot.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product, along with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase, to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
- Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at customercare@naturoot.co.
- Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team.
